Where's Svlad? - Road Trip!
At LowComDom World Headquarters in Alviso California, Biff Pondwater halted all non-European investigations.
Mongo was re-called from Asia. But in Latin America, Dexter was still not to be heard from.
With Trouble, now apparently in trouble, Biff jumped on a plane for Europe. |
The first stop was NATO headquarters in Brussels (you know, were the sprouts come from) to talk with a few of Biff's old buddies.
Apparently, some people there owed Biff some favors, but wouldn't tell the rest of us why. After walking down the tiled-hall-from-hell, the cameras were collected and given back when we left. |
Better tracking of Trouble was needed. The NATO guys gave Biff access to information from the many traffic surveillance cameras in Europe. Trouble's license plate was tracked as it worked its way into Eastern Europe. Backed up with credit card information from gas purchases, and bar tabs, NATO projected a destination in Bulgaria.

Time for another airplane ride. |
We arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria without a car reservation. You would think that getting a car wouldn't be such a big deal, but all of the large luxury cars that could hold all of our gear wear taken. We ended up with several substantially smaller vehicles.

Two cars passed each other. One was an example of fine German engineering. We were in the other car. Biff and Trouble made eye contact. Without being obvious about it, Biff followed Trouble's Teutonic Land-Shark to a hotel. |
Biff drove past the hotel and parked down a side street. He entered the hotel via the back entrance. This was more habit than anything else. If Trouble was going to be able to make contact, it would be in the bar. |
Biff had just sat down and ordered a Singapore Sling when he heard one word.
"Daddy?"
