Chimps Ahoy!

Congress has passed a bill banning people from owning chimpanzees as pets. The bill was written after a woman had her face nearly ripped off by a chimp in Connecticut. Now Bubbles the Chimp is being questioned about what happened to Michael Jackson's nose.
