French-Canadians Protest

The Canadian government is furious with Conan O'Brien, after a bit by Triumph the Insult Comic Dog on O'Brien's show, which was shot in Quebec last week. One Canadian legislator called the puppet dog's comments "racist filth" and "utterly vile." In his defense, Triumph blamed his comments on a "hand up my ass malfunction." (Rhody)
