The United Nations high commissioner for refugees announced Tuesday that Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani has been appointed its latest celebrity ambassador. In his first official act, Armani will go to Africa to assist a poor tribe there with its efforts to produce a stylish, affordable line of clothing, to be known as Bushwear of the Kalahari.
