Jonah and the Whale

Little Amanda was talking to her father, The Young Whipper Snapper, about whales. TYWS said it was physically impossible for a whale to swallow a human because, even though it is a very large mammal, its throat is very small. Little Amanda reminded TYWS that her Sunday School teacher stated that Jonah was swallowed by a whale. TYWS reiterated that a whale could not swallow a human; it was impossible.

The little girl said, "When I get to heaven I will ask Jonah"

The father whipper-snapped, "What if Jonah went to hell?"

Little Amanda replied, "Then YOU can ask him."
