Cruising

From a cruise ship, you can see a bearded man on a small island who is shouting, dancing up-and-down, and desperately waving his hands.

"Who's that?" a passenger asks a crew member.

"Hell, mate, I've no idea.", the man answers. "Every few months, when we pass, he just goes nuts."
