Calling an acquisition an acquisition.

In the midst of a conversation about one of the product lines we recently acquired, and the engineering that went into it, [my boss] had this to say:

"... one might generously say that they went a little overboard in their attempt to reuse existing designs, or one might _less_ generously say that they just cobbled together a bunch of shit and called it a product."
