Darwin Takes Its Toll

Seems a central/eastern Kentucky man was out target-practicing with his .22 rifle. Squeezed off a few shots at his outhouse, and shot his son in the head. His son was home from school, which had closed because of the icy/cold weather. The father didn't know his son was in there.

The son is now in critical condition.

On a related note: It is now legal for Kentuckians to carry concealed weapons -- except, of course, in the legislature (where the law was passed) and in the governor's mansion (where the law was signed). To get a concealed-weapons permit, citizens must take a firearms safety training course, which includes target practice. I don't know if they use pictures of outhouses as targets.

Tell me another Joke!
