There's one rule you have to follow when you take the Nation Endowment for the Arts' money. Make sure you spend it! If you don't, they won't give you any more.

Every time we ask them for money, they send us a huge pile of cash, and we always come in under budget. Now you would think this would be great, but Nooooooo! If you want more, you must show you used it all to make your web site.
