Attorney General Alberto Gonzales went before a Senate committee Monday to deny the NSA is tapping hundreds of thousands of phone calls to battle terrorism. Gonzales said that only about 5,000 calls are being monitored for terrorism; all the others are just to help the Bush administration find out who's gay.
