Another Lawsuit

Jimmy Buffet has sued a restaurant called "Cheeseburgers 'n' Paradise" for stealing their name from his song. Ironically, the singer was then sued for the same thing by "Hometown Buffet". (Jim Barach - jokesbyjim.blogspot.com)
