St. Paddy's Day

George W. Bush marched in the St. Patrick's Day parade in Chicago. He's believed in the "Luck o' the Irish" ever since he won the presidency with the swing vote of Sandra Day O'Connor. (Jim Barach - WTVH Syracuse, NY)
