To Be or Not To Be

A teacher was asking her fifth-grade class some questions. She asked, "Who said, 'To be or not to be'?"

A little Japanese girl raised her hand and said, "William Shakespeare"

"Very good," said the teacher. "Who said 'Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country'?"

This time a little Japanese boy raised his hand and said, "John F. Kennedy."

"Very good," said the teacher. "Who said 'Read my lips. No new taxes'?"

Yet another Japanese student raised their hand and said, "George Bush."

"That's very good," replied the teacher. "How come only the Japanese seem to know the right answers?"

From somewhere in the back of the class a student says, "To hell with the Japanese!"

"Who said that?" demands the teacher.

A Japanese student raises his hand and says, "Lee Iacocca."

Tell me another Joke!
