Film Review - Wedding Singer, The
The Wedding Singer is yet one more film I thought would really suck and blow, but turned out really well.
Adam Sandler is in the title role. He really showcases just how good a singer he is. Sandler has also slimmed down a bit and even looks like a movie star should.
Drew Barrymore is the love interest. You know, even Drew shines in this film. It just goes to prove, with a great script and lots of make-up over those tattoos, she really has talent.
The Wedding Singer has a well crafted screenplay. Characters are introduced, fleshed out and allowed to roam the world they live in. There's not a lot of waste here.
The soundtrack is great, the acting is great, the story is great, and it's funny. (You get extra points if you're funny.)
