Film Review - Random Hearts
Oh, geez! I feel like I've walked into the rotor blade! Who would have though Harrison Ford would make a movie that sucked so much?
Random Hearts is a weird little love story about a couple whose spouses were having an affair, then die together in a plane crash. Harrison Ford is a D.C. cop, Kristin Scott Thomas is a U.S. Senator. Their lives become intertwined for a short time.
This sounds great on the surface, but there isn't that much to this film, and soon it's dragging its ass around the theater. To keep the audience awake, a worthless murder subplot is added. Yawn!
Ford is very believable as the cop, but Scott Thomas is way out of place as a politician. She has none of the trappings, nor the attitude of one in public life.
In a nutshell -- it's boring, it's not worth your money, it's not worth your time.
