Disgusting! This is the most disgusting movie I have ever seen! The Punisher is a film where there are no people of any moral substance. Not even the hero.

The hero at best is damaged goods. He's seen his entire family rubbed out, and now he's torturing the mobster who called in the hit.

Torture is a big part of this film. The hero tortures bad guys. Bad guys torture by-standers, it's all stomach turning crap. I don't see how a person could find this to be entertainment.

John Travolta is the only person doing any real acting. Travolta is the mobster. He is the most evil person in this film, but he plans the villain well. It's a shame no one else in the film has a handle on acting.

The final insult to the audience is how stupid the story thinks we are. A building blows up in a city. No police arrive. It could only be dumber if the director flash-panned to a shot of a very crowded donut shop. Penalty! 10 yards for roughing the audience.

Stay away from this horrible piece of crap. If your kid wants to see it, tell him he can see anything else but this. Even Caligula would be a better choice for a teenager.
