Some people just don't enjoy Christmas. Some people feel it is better to receive rather than give. Some people really have an attitude problem!

Die Hard is a well-rounded bang-bang bubblegum movie that's fun and exciting. It does require that you've never felt pain to swallow that our hero could endure such physical punishment and still kill all the bad guys. But I'm sure that's not the worst thing you're going to have to swallow in your life.

You know what I like about the movies? Your clip never runs out of ammunition, good guys never bleed to death from cut feet, and bad guys always have crappy aim. On this scale, Die Hard is a perfect film.

Throw in a bunch of cop jokes, jerk eeporter jokes, and the idea that in a movie one guy can be smart and everyone in authority is an idiot, and you have Die Hard.
