Time for a little bubblegum. Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle is pure fluff. The film is a series of vignettes strung together with the idea that there is a story some where in there. I suspect there was a story, but it was edited out for time.

If you thought the first film was good (and I did), you're going to be disappointed. Where the first film had a reason to exist, the second is just an excuse to run the cash register.

If you want to know how much story there isn't, here it is. The Federal Government has wisely protected the database of the Federal Witness Protection Program by encoding half the data each onto two rings. Each ring is carried by a different person. Both rings have been stolen, and the Angels must recover them.

Huh? Who is so stupid to think of this? Why would anyone write this crap? Okay, but there is the dance scene where the Angles are almost naked, so I'm sure teenage boys will buy a billion copies of the DVD and learn how to use the freeze-frame button. So just think of this movie as a substitute for organized sex education in schools.
